How are you?...I hope you are in fine shape. Well today is a fine day and fine day calls for a fine modification for your rooted android device. Previously I posted the topic about installing Sony Bravia 2 Mobile Graphics on your rooted droid and today its time to install the world famous "Beats Audio" sound enhancements on your phone. So pick up your rooted Android phone and enjoy the beats! Procedure is given below.
What you will need:
- A rooted Android phone running Gingerbread Android 2.3 or above.
- Beats Audio apk file (download)
- French Fries (optional)
How to do it...
Its pretty simple...
- Download the Beats Audio apk file and put it in root (main folder) of your sd card.
- Open any File Browser (Astro/ES/etc.) and install the apk file.
- Thats it...open your music player and connect your earphones/headphones and you will see a Beats audio symbol on top left of your phone screen.
- Enjoy Beats Audio sound quality on your phone with the French Fries you got earlier :).
A special thing about this apk is that it is the ad-free version unlike the version found on play store which has ads in it. So enjoy and take care..

I installed it
Deleteat the end of installation it appeared that phone will now reboot and then it turned off
it was not giving any response
So i recovered it by hard reset and i had made a backup So i easily recovered
Ah...finally someone inteligent :D...so now you understand why i am always yelling about making a backup...it helps you in such conditions :)...good for you bro...stay tuned for more modding stuff.

Deleteanyway... aap apnay phone ki recovery main boot ho jayen...
1. take out the battery for 10 seconds and put it back in.
2. go to recovery by pressing volume down key and power button at the same time
3. do a factory reset.
after performing this tell me if your phone is restored to its original state. If not we will have to try to LONGER procedure

Deleteok...so the longer method. But since you have no backup...there is no guarantee k this method will work or not....so you will be trying it at your own risk
DeleteFirst of all you need to install a CWM Recovery for A8...for this you will need a rooted phone which you mentioned you have. Visit my friend's blog in this link and follow his method to the core. This is the last option to help you...if it doesnt help...take it to Qmobile center. There is a 90% chance they will claim it.

first of all you are using the stock recovery "Android system recovery <3e>" and not CWM recovery...never ever try to install any ROM with a stock recovery. Install ClockWorkMod or CWM recovery first and then install this ROM...after CWM installation when you reach that step create a backup first in the backup/restore menu and then proceed with Yes--Delete all user data. Consult with me in case of any problem

ReplyDeletewhen phone is in recovery mode it doesnt matter if it recognizes the USB device...the recovery should work and thats it...can you boot into cwm recovery ?

ReplyDeleteWell if you can root you GS4 you can...however i wouldn't recommend it for GS4. Secondly this is a mod and normally mods require root access because this mod was originally made for HTC phones and has been ported for other droids...so the security for other droids don't allow it. Rooting your set disables these securities and gives you full command over your device...hence the requirement for such mods.
